At PLUS IMPACT, we strive for a simple and speedy selection process.
Casual Interview (Online)
We'll have a casual conversation to explain our company vision, culture, and job details. This is not a formal screening — feel free to ask any questions. *May be skipped depending on the situation.
First Interview / Final Interview
An interview with our CEO and executives. We'll discuss your experience, alignment with our vision, and future career goals. Depending on the process, the first interview may also serve as the final interview.
Offer & Conditions
We'll present specific conditions to successful candidates. We'll discuss and determine start date and working conditions together.
Selection Period:Usually progresses to offer within 1-2 weeks.
