PLUS IMPACT aims to create a world without opportunity disparities.

There are people with talent and motivation who still cannot reach the starting line because of the country they were born in, the language they speak, their economic environment, or their educational background. We want to overcome those invisible barriers through technology and business.

The origin of this belief comes from my own experience in Myanmar. The business I launched there became difficult to continue after the military coup. The young people who had believed in the future with me had talent and passion, yet lost many opportunities because of circumstances they could not change themselves.

A person's potential should not be determined by where they were born. That realization is the starting point of PLUS IMPACT.

Today, the center of that mission is xCORE, our AI platform for talent assessment and organization visibility. Through CV screening, AI interviews, AI Personality Assessment, and AI 1-on-1, xCORE visualizes people's abilities, fit, and organizational conditions across languages.

What we are building is a fairer evaluation system that is not determined only by language, nationality, educational background, or the subjectivity of an interviewer. Through xCORE, we identify talent whose potential has been overlooked, and through PLUS TALENT, we connect that potential to real work opportunities. Our business is centered on delivering opportunities, not stopping at evaluation.

AI is not only a tool for replacing people. It can also be used to find human potential, evaluate it properly, and connect it to greater opportunities.

We aim to change opportunity disparities step by step in a way that is sustainable as a business. That is the challenge of PLUS IMPACT.
