We at PLUS IMPACT aim to 'create a world without opportunity disparities.' Despite being filled with talent and passion, many are denied even the chance to challenge themselves due to the circumstances of their birth and upbringing. We are confronting this serious social issue head-on.

This conviction stems from my own personal experience. When the business I launched in Myanmar was derailed by a military coup, it was the local young people who believed in the future with me who lost even more than I did. Despite having talent and passion, they were denied opportunities to challenge themselves for unreasonable reasons beyond individual effort - the circumstances of the country they were born in. This intense personal experience of witnessing such 'birth lottery' absurdity is the origin of our mission to 'eliminate opportunity disparities.'

To realize this mission, we are fairly discovering and visualizing buried talent in emerging countries through our AI-powered talent evaluation service, and creating opportunities for cross-border challenges through our Employment of Record (EOR) service 'PLUS TALENT' for emerging market talent. These are not mere businesses, but grand attempts to unleash the potential that everyone in the world possesses.
