GLOBAL IMPACT CHALLENGE 2026

An overseas and domestic internship where you can practically experience entrepreneurship, along with all the skills needed for business

MESSAGE

This is not just an internship

"Somewhere in the world, a stage awaits your challenge"

The GLOBAL IMPACT CHALLENGE is not just an internship program.
For six months to a year, you'll build a business from scratch in an unknown land.
The reality of entrepreneurship, life abroad, and challenges in English — everything will test you.
This is not just an internship. It's a real battle where you face the world as an entrepreneur.

This program is a door open only to those with passionate souls.
True growth that cannot be gained from short-term intern experience is here.
Do you have the resolve to carve out your future on the world stage?
What awaits is the view beyond your limits.

To you who seek "real challenges."
Are you ready to fight on the world stage?

Recommended for

  • Those who want to start a startup and create value for the world
  • Those who want to test their abilities overseas
  • Those who want to change their environment and take on new challenges
  • Those who want to gain business experience using English
EXPERIENCE

3 Experiences You Can Gain Through the Internship

Number 1

Entrepreneurship Experience

In the GLOBAL IMPACT CHALLENGE, you can practice everything needed to start your own business, from market development in countries where PLUS IMPACT hasn't entered yet, to launching new businesses in existing countries. Your proposals on 'how to proceed with market development' and 'what kind of business to launch' will influence our company's business.

Number 2

Overseas Work Experience

The stage is overseas. You can hone your skills in an environment different from Japan. Choose your preferred country from the target countries that change each year, and work hard to accelerate business in that country. Let's open the door to a new world with both anxiety and excitement, and embark on a journey of challenge.

Number 3

Business Experience in English

Conversations on-site are in English. Communication with staff is of course in English. The company's official language is also English. A real workplace awaits where relying solely on English skills learned in student life won't suffice. We welcome those who want to acquire practical English skills through struggle, and those who want to test themselves in an English environment. Study abroad experience and English proficiency are not required.

CEO Message

CEO 高田 健太

Changing the world with these hands. Visualizing human potential with AI and creating opportunities across borders.

Dear students, thank you for your interest in PLUS IMPACT's internship.

At PLUS IMPACT, our goal is to create a world without opportunity disparities. I once built a food delivery business in Myanmar, but the 2021 military coup forced us to withdraw. The people whose hopes were cut off most deeply were the many young people who had worked with me.

Talent and passion should not be limited by birthplace, language, resume formats, or limited access to interviews. Seeing those barriers firsthand became the origin of our mission.

At the center of that mission is xCORE, our AI talent assessment and organizational visibility platform. Through AI resume screening, AI interviews, AI personality assessment, and AI 1-on-1, we visualize people's abilities and organizational conditions across languages, then connect that potential to real employment opportunities through PLUS TALENT.

This is a challenge to build the system itself in a market without clear answers. We want to work with people who are ready to face the reality on the ground and move the future with their own hands.

but also because of its long-term potential.
Many foreign companies left after the 2021 military coup,

You will work with our local team to grow existing businesses
and explore new opportunities from both market and macro perspectives.
